Clean and prime face to remove oil, lotion and make up for better adhesion. Dry face. Peel gem kit off of film, leaving gems attached to clear stick-on backing. Stick applique to forehead. Apply make-up as usual. For added adhesion, use clear eyelash glue.
For storage and reuse: remove gem kit and apply it back on the original film.
