Mask vs Face Shield? Both, together for the WIN!

We recently released out super sexy face shields. Check them our here! Wear as full coverage sun visor or protective face shield. With all the conversation around masks vs. face shields, we wanted to provide good, useful and factual info on the matter. So here is it.


1. Avoid the 3 C's : Closed Spaces, Crowded Places and Close-Contact Settings.


Closed Spaces. Avoid closed spaces with poor ventilation that could allow contagious droplets to linger in the air.


Crowded Places. Avoid crowded places with many people nearby; the greater the number of individuals in an area, the greater the chances of COVID-19 spreading from person-to-person.


Close-Contact Settings. Avoid close-range conversations and stay at least six feet from others.


2. Masks are a must!


CDC recommends all people 2 years of age and older wear a mask in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.


3. Mask + Face Shield for the Win! While face shields are not a substitute for masks, they are an additional line of protection in conjunction with a mask.


"Wearing a mask may not be feasible in every situation for some people for example, people who are deaf or hard of hearing—or those who care for or interact with a person who is hearing impaired. Here are some considerations for individuals who must wear a face shield instead of a mask:
